New at Yinstill: Art Therapy

Making art is an intuitive activity. Children make art without inhibition, they play, design and colour without judgment or worry. As we get older, this uninhibited creativity diminishes with our insecurities, busy agendas and other pursuits; maybe we don't think we are ‘good’ at making art. Even though that child-like creative spirit is still within us all, perhaps it has been left behind or forgotten.
